Grafting Workshop 23 Feb 2019
Transition Worcester’s Orchard Workers will be running an Apple Tree Grafting Workshop on Saturday 23rd February 2019. The session will take place from 12.30 until 4pm upstairs at the Pump House Environment Centre on Waterworks Rd (Gheluvelt Park). Training takes place indoors in the warm and dry as we get you started on bench grafting, which provides an easy introduction to the art. Booking is essential for this course and we will expect a minimum donation of £5.00. The cost includes a grafted apple tree for you to take home and plant. We will provide scion wood , the apple variety, but if you want to bring some from your own tree that’s great. Extra trees will be £5.00 each.
