We’ll be running our ever popular elderflower forage on Saturday 2nd June 2018. As always we are keeping a close eye on the progress of the flowers. In the past we’ve had to move the date at very short notice due to the lack of flowers. It is therefore essential that you register your interest in the event via email, so that we can gauge numbers, and more importantly to let you know if the date has to change. On the day, meet us in Cripplegate Park (Sons of Rest Building) at 10.30am for a guided circular walk, stopping to pick elderflowers en route. Once back in the park, you can try some cordial prepared before the event, and help us to make another batch. Please note that booking is essential for this event.
